Our Beloved Brother, the prophesied Messiah of Israel, was born on the Feast of Tabernacles… in September. All of the awesome Feasts of our Father look forward and look back, and they all point to Him.
 (The “CH” sounds like “KH!”)
Pesach/Passover: Looks back at the blood on the door frame that caused the “death angel” to pass over the children of the Most High while in Egypt. It also looked forward to the ULTIMATE blood Sacrifice of our Messiah, our Passover Lamb! [Scripture References Exodus 12:1-11,21,27,43,48; 34:25; Leviticus 23:4-5; Numbers 9:1-14; 28:16; 33:3; Deuteronomy 16:1-6; Joshua 5:10; Hebrews 9:13-14]
Hallelu’YAH! Chag Matzot/Feast of Unleaven Bread: Looks back at the preparation of Israel’s exodus/departure from Egypt. They had to flee so quickly, the bread they baked had no time to rise! It was without leaven. It also looks forward to the burial of our Messiah, our beautiful Kinsman Redeemer, who was without leaven/sin. [Scripture References: Genesis 19:3; Exodus 12:8,15,17,18,20,39; Exodus 13:3,6,7; Exodus 23:15; Exodus 29:2,23; Exodus 34:18; Leviticus 23:4,6; Deuteronomy 16:3,8,16; Joshua 5:11; Judges 6:19,20,21; 1Samuel 28:24; 2Kings 23:9; 2Chronicles 8:13; 2Chronicles 30:13,21; 2Chronicles 35:17; Ezera 6:22; Ezekiel 45:21; Matthew 26:17; Mark 14:1,12; Luke 22:1,7; Acts 12:3; Acts 20:6; 1Corinthians 5:7]
Hallelu’YAH! Yom Ha Bikkurim/First Fruits: Looks back at the deliverance of Israel from Mitzrayim/Egypt. They were the First Fruits of Yah’s chosen people. It is highly prophetic of the Harvest. It also looked forward to the resurrection of Our most loving Brother. He was the “first fruits” of mankind.[Scripture References: Exodus 23:16; Leviticus 23:39-40; Numbers 13:20; 18:13; Nehemiah 10:35-37; Isaiah 28:4; Micah 6:7; 7:1; James 3:17; Revelation 1:5]
Hallelu’YAH! Shavuot/Feast of Weeks/Greek = “Pentecost”: Looks back as the Anniversary of the giving of the Torah fifty days after they left Egypt. It also looked forward to when the Ruach Ha Kodesh (Set-Apart Spirit) fell upon the children of Yisra’ěl! [Scripture Reference: Exodus 34:22; Leviticus 23:15; Numbers 28:26; Deuteronomy 16:9-16; 2Chronicles 8:13; Acts 2:1- Acts 20:16; 1Corinthians 16:8]
Hallelu’YAH! Yom Teruah/Day of Blasting/Trumpets:Looks back at the “Minchah” or Grain Offering. A gift, tribute, an offering to our King. It also looks forward to the return of our Messiah at the last TRUMP! [ Scripture References: Leviticus 23:24; Numbers 10:10; Number 29:1; Joshua 6:4; Revelation 8:1-13; 9:1-21; 10:1-7]
Hallelu’YAH! Yom Kippur/Day of Atonement: Looks back at the most solemn occasion of removal of sin. Read Leviticus 16. It also looks forward to when the blood of our Messiah atones for our sins on that day we stand in judgement. This is the “Great White Throne Judgement!” [Scripture References: Leviticus 16:1-; Exodus 29:36; Leviticus 23:26-28; Leviticus 25:9; Numbers 6:11; 29:7; Ezekiel 45:20; 1John 1:7; John 6:53; Hebrews 10:19; Hebrews 12:24; Hebrews 13:20; 1Peter 1:2; 1John 5:6; Revelation 1:5]
Hallelu’YAH! Sukkot/Feast of Tabernacles: Looks back at when Israel dwelt in tents in the wilderness! It also looks forward to when the Mashiach of Yisra’ěl dwells, tabernacles, pitches His tent with us once again. This is symbolic of eternity. Sukkot is also when our Precious Brother was born. “The Word became flesh and tabernacled among us…” (Jn 1:14) Beloved, the TRUTH is far more beautiful than the lies. Our Messiah was born on one of the Moed’im (Appointed Times) that are commanded by our Father. They all point to Yahushua. (“Jesus”) They are not “Jewish Holidays” as we have been taught. They are beautiful gifts from the Most High! Our Messiah was born in September on the Feast of Tabernacles. Perhaps you will honour the commanded Feasts from now on. I pray constantly that we all will do it Yah’s way. It is the High-way. It is the only way. [Scripture References: Leviticus 23:33-34; Numbers 29:12; Deuteronomy 16:13-16; 31:10; 2Chronicles 8:13; Ezra 3:4; Nehemiah 8:13; Isaiah 33:20; Lamentations 2:6; Zechariah 14:16-19; John 7:2; John 1:14 ] Robert Kibaya
